The Ultra-Fab Deluxe Electric Landing Gear # UF17-943010 mount using included weld-on brackets to which the jacks are then bolted. These typically mount to the front of the trailer frame, beneath the overhang.
My research on your Cameo 35SB3 5th wheel shows that the OEM landing gear are internal and exit through the bottom of the trailer. The information for the trailer did not specify the brand or type of landing gear installed, but you can look at the mounts for the existing landing gear and verify if they are compatible with the Ultra-Fab.
Bear in mind that the retracted height of these landing gear is 36-inches. If there is available space within the trailer to mount these and you have adequate ground clearance, then these can easily handling your Cameo's 11965-lb dry weight.
