The key to determining fit of replacement low- and high-beam bulbs is the number code, in your case 9006 for the low-beam and 9005 for the high beam. The other characters in the part numbers, the XS suffix at the end, describe the particular characteristics of the bulbs, such as its coloration.

For instance the bulb you referenced, Putco PURE High-Performance 9005XS Halogen Headlight Bulbs part # P239005XNB, are blue-tinted bulbs that will fit your vehicle but these are bulbs intended for off-road use. They do not meet Department-of-Transportation specifications for on-road driving.

I have provided a link to the high-beam DOT-compliant bulbs for your Grand Cherokee. For instance, part # P239005XMW is a Mirror White high-beam bulb set.

The other bulbs you referenced should fit your Grand Cherokee but we do not offer them. But we have plenty of good options for you on the included links.
