You'll want to choose tires whose weight capacity is equal to or greater than the weight of your trailer plus the load its carrying. Keep in mind that going with a higher rated tire won't increase the weight bearing capability of your trailer.

Your trailer should have a plate on it somewhere listing the GVWR, which is the maximum weight of the trailer and its cargo. The combined weight capacity of your tires should be equal or greater than the GVWR.

If you'd care to reply with your tire size and the GVWR of your trailer, I'd be happy to make some recommendations for replacement tires. If you were wanting a wheel/tire combo, I'd also need to know the bolt pattern of your existing wheels. I've linked you to our FAQ article showing how to determine the bolt pattern of your wheels.
