Will the Swagman XTC-2 2-Bike Platform Rack Fit a 2005 Toyota RAV4 and Will Rear Door Open Fully

Can you tell me if the Swagman XTC 2 hitch rack is compatible with a 2005 Toyota RAV 4? In particular, will the rear cargo door open fully with the rack installed. Regards

The Swagman XTC-2 platform bike rack # S64670 is compatible with 1-1/4 and 2-inch trailer hitch receivers, but to determine if the rear door will clear, you will want to do some measuring.

The rise in the shank on the Swagman XTC-2 is 3-inches, and from the top edge of the shank to the top edge of the bike rack where the arms will fold down is 4 inches. As a result, measuring up from the top of your trailer hitch receiver 7 inches will tell you if you have enough clearance or not.
