The connector for installing a brake controller like the Prodigy P3 # 90195 that you referenced, in your Kia Borrego is located above and behind the emergency brake pedal. Look for a white 4-pin connector to install the # 3032-P.
I will provide a link to the instructions for you. The instructions show where the connector is located in relation to the emergency brake pedal.
If your Borrego was not equipped with the OEM tow package including the factory 7-way connector, there will be some fuses and relays that may be necessary to complete the brake output and 12-volt battery feed circuits for the trailer connector. You will have to see the dealer for these items.
If you do not have the 7-way, one will need to be installed. You will need the Wiring Harness with Converter, part # 56104 and the 4 to 7-way adapter, part # 37185.
