Installing Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Brake Controller # 90195 on 2014 Tundra Without Brake Control Port

Does not have port at scuff plate location drivers side 2014 tundra

Your 2014 Toyota Tundra with a factory 7-way trailer connector should have an under-dash brake control port above the kick panel and to the left of the emergency brake pedal. Sometimes these harnesses may be taped up to other wiring or tucked out of the way. If you cannot find the port you can still do a hard-wired installation for your Prodigy P3 controller # 90195.

If you find the port you can use part # 3040-P to plug in the P3. Please refer to the linked video.

If you cannot find the port you will use brake controller install kit # ETBC7 to wire the controller. If you do not have a 4-pole you will also need a 4-pole wiring harness # HM11141835.
