How do I install this on my 2007 Honda Pilot.

For your 2007 Honda Pilot with a 3.5 liter V6 engine you will need to look on the front left side of the motor for a 28 mm sized cap or fitting. You will need to unthread that and then thread the # KH11419 in place of it.
