Can a Westin Grille Guard Be Installed on a 2014 Toyota FJ Cruiser with Winch Option
Question:
I drive a 2014 fj Cruiser and i was looking to purchase one of these guards. My question is where it attaches on to the FJ. I have looked and cant find any installation instructions about it. My other question is if it will go with the US off road winch housing ion that goes into the stock bumper that I am looking to purchase. They both mount on the underside of the bumper and I am unsure of whether they mount in the same place or not. If you could give me any help on this it would be great.

The Westin grille guard, # 40-2215, attaches to the bottom of the frame rails at the very end of each frame rail on your 2014 Toyota FJ Cruiser. If the winch mount attaches in the same place you would not be able to install both.
The other issue is the part of the mount those D-shackles mount to. The shackles could be removed but the mount still sticks out and is right where the upright supports of the Westin grille guard would be.
