Sounds like you are looking for a weight distribution system for your two trailers. Most likely you will need two different weigh distribution setups for you two trailer since they will probably have different coupler heights and tongue weights.

The best way to pick out a weight distribution system is to base it off of the loaded tongue weight of the setup when it is loaded and ready to tow. This figure also includes the weight of any cargo you to check out as well. You will want the loaded tongue weight of your setup to fall right in the behind the rear axle of the tow vehicle. I attached a help article on determining tongue weight for middle of the tongue weight range of the system you use.

Or if you are looking for the correct drop ball mount to use check out the help article I attached on that as well. The Weigh Safe Ball Mount part # WS10-2 can do up to 10 inches of drop.

For a set of towing mirrors for your 2003 Chevy Avalanche I would recommend the K Source Custom Towing Mirrors # KS80800 that were custom fit for your vehicle. There shouldn't be any vibration with these mirrors at all. Check out the install video I attached as well.
