Will Thule Hullavator Fit Rhino-Rack Series 2500 Square Crossbars
Question:
I purchased a Rhino-Rack 2500 Series Roof Rack with Aero Crossbars - 54inch Long - Black from you a while ago. I would like to carry two kayaks up to 16foot long. Im assuming the RhinoRack J style folding carrier will fit. However will the Thule Hull-a-Port fit the 2500 roof rack? What is the difference between the two? Will the Thule Hullavator fit the 2500 roof rack too?

The Rhino-Rack J-Style Kayak Carrier, part # S512 will fit your crossbars. This carrier comes with tie-down straps will fold down for overhead clearance when not in use. The carrier will hold 1 kayak and has a weight capacity of 55 lbs.
Another carrier that will fit your crossbars is the SportRack Kayak Carrier, part # SR5513. This is a folding carrier that has a weight capacity of 75 lbs. This holds one kayak and comes with the tie-down straps and the bow and stern ropes.
The Thule Hullavator, part # TH898 will unfortunately not fit the Aero crossbars.
You will want to check your owner's manual or with your dealership to make sure you do not exceed the roof weight capacity for your vehicle.
