Recommended Ladder Roller to add to Existing A.R.E. DCU Cap with 1-inch Square Aluminum Crossbars

I have a A.R.E. DCU Cap with a ladder rack, I am looking for ladder rollers to add to my cap. I have 1 inch square tube aluminum crossbars. Maybe Ladder Roller for Rhino-Rack Heavy-Duty Crossbars - 18inch Long or better would be 25.

The Rhino-Rack 18-inch # RR470 or 24-inch # RR615 ladder roller would be the ones I would choose. These were designed to mount in C-channels of the Rhino-Rack crossbars, but for your crossbars it will be more of a custom installation.
Since you most likely don't have a C-channel on your crossbars, you can drill into the crossbars and bolt the brackets of the rollers directly to the crossbars of your ladder rack. You will also needs bolts of the appropriate length and matching nuts. The nuts and bolts that come with these rollers won't be long enough.
