This cargo box features 14-cubic-foot volume and 100-lb weight capacities, includes a lock and opens on the passenger side. This is the largest box that fits your car.

You will want to check your Countryman owner's manual for the vehicle's roof weight capacity. Keep in mind that the weight of box itself - 34-lbs in the case of the Pulse - counts toward the roof weight limit. So if for example the manual indicates a 100-lb roof weight limit, then after accounting for the Pulse's 34-lbs, you could then safely load up to 66-lbs of cargo in it.
