The Ground Control 3.0 System part # LC358590 would work great on your 2004 Hitch Hiker 34 ft. travel trailer.
The 2 landing gear jacks mount to existing points on your RV and secure with included hardware. The 2 rear jacks come with mounting brackets that bolt onto 8", 10", or 12" I-beam frames with included hardware.
You would not want to use this system to jack the trailer completely off of the ground so that the wheels aren't touching the ground. The rear jacks are for stabilization not supporting the entire weight of the trailer.
