Replacement 2,200 LB Axle With Spring Seats On Top Of Axle
Question:
I am in need of a replacement axle however mine is mounted below the lead spring. I do not have access to a welder so welding another spring seat on top of the axle is not an option. Is there an easy way to convert my suspension to accept this style of axle.

Since axles are designed with an arc, turning the axle over to accommodate the spring seat attachment is not an option.
You will want to have a new spring seat like part # TRSS175 welded to the top of the axle by a certified welder. Most local mechanics or muffler shops have the equipment to be able to get this done.
