Dimensions of etrailer A-Frame Round Jack # TJA-5000S-B
Question:
I am interested in the TJA-5000S-B tongue jack. I need to know the measurement from the A plate to the top of the gear housing and the radius of the crank handle. The tailgate of our new truck when opened does not clear the jack handle of the travel trailer. Hoping that if the post above the A frame is shorter than the BAL jack post then the tailgate might clear the handle when opened. Can't use the top crank model due to proximity of propane tanks mounted adjacent to jack.

The height from the top of the mounting plate to the top of the housing is 15-inches. The radius of the crank handle is 8-inches from the shaft center point.
