You should not have any problem towing your Fleetwood behind your 2003 Dodge Durango.
I recommend a weight distribution system that also has sway control. The sway control helps when passing large trucks on the highway and when there are crosswinds present.
You will want to choose a system that your tongue weight is near the middle of the range. If you get too small of a system, it will have little or no effect and if you get a system that is too big, the ride can be stiff and uncomfortable. You stated you have a tongue weight of 345 lbs. Tongue weight should be the tongue weight of the fully loaded ready to tow trailer added to the weight of any cargo placed behind the rear axle of the towing vehicle.
I recommend the Reese Weight Distribution System w Sway Control, part # RP66558. This system has a tongue weight range of 400 to 600 lbs and is designed with a gross towing weight of 10,000 lbs. This system also features a no-drill installation. this system includes the head assembly, adjustable shank, trunnion spring bars, platforms, and clamp-on hangers, along with all necessary hardware.
All you need is the hitch ball to complete this setup. For a 2 inch hitch ball I recommend part # 63845, and for a 2-5/16 inch hitch ball you can order part # 63847.
