Replacement Trailer Wheel & Tire in Size 4.80-12 with 4-on-4-Inch Bolt Pattern

I have boat trailer tires that are 4.80 * 12 with a 4 hole bolt pattern. the distance between lugs is 2.75inch and the distance across is 4. What do you have that would work for replacements of rim/tire combination?
