Yes, the Hopkins Smart Hitch backup camera # HM50002 will work with your 1995 Ford F-350 XLT dually. It plugs inline with your existing 7-way trailer connector. You can hardwire this camera if you prefer.
A license plate frame with camera and sensors mounts to your truck with the included hardware. The camera can switch between Hitch Mode and Everyday Mode very easily too.
My co-worker had this backup camera when he had a PT Cruiser and it worked great. I included a video of his car as well as one on a Ford F-250 for you to view.
