We have just what you need for your 2003 GMC Sierra.
I recommend the Reese Above-Bed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch, part # RP58079. This hitch will fit standard above bed fifth wheel rails. This hitch includes the safety-chain loops. The hitch has a gross towing weight capacity of 25,000 lbs. In order to be able to lock the hitch to the rails you will need part # RP58093.
