The tire sizes 4.8-12 and 5.3-12 are very similar and often used on similar applications. As I'm sure you are aware, the 5.30-12 tires are just a little wider and they have slightly higher weight ratings. Since you are already using 5.30-12 tires, I recommend staying with that same size. A wider tire will have better ground contact and using a slightly stronger tire certainly won't hurt anything, especially if you are loading the trailer to the maximum weight capacity a lot.
The Kenda K353 Trailer Tire, # AM10068, is an excellent option. This tire is rated for a maximum load of 1,250 lbs at 105 psi which is more than enough for your trailer. Keep in mind, using a higher rated tire will not increase the load carrying capacity of your trailer. For the best performance and longevity, be sure to keep the tires inflated to the maximum psi while the tire is cold.
