The Roadmaster InvisiBrake would be installed per the procedure mentioned on page 14-15 of the installation instructions that I've linked for you. Usually, you'd just use the single wire umbilical included with the kit. You could simply zip tie this extra wire to the umbilical you purchased. If you wish, you could eliminate the umbilical, and simply wire the circuit using an unused circuit in your coiled cord you just purchased. You'd need to cut the plug off the car and the motorhome end of the monitor umbilical, and wire each side into the plug on the connectors on the motorhome and the towed vehicle.

On the towed vehicle, the wire would connect to cold side of the brake stoplight switch. On the motorhome side, you'd install the LED monitor and the emitter for the audio signal. I've linked you to a diagram showing how the monitor system is wired.
