First thing you will want to do is check the CHMSL fuse in the fuse box of your 2002 Chevy Silverado 3500. This is the fuse that controls the brake lights of your vehicle and can easily be blown. You may have blown this fuse while replacing the lines.

If that fuse is okay you would want to basically check everything you touched on your vehicle when you replaced the brake lines to make sure you didn't forget to reconnect something. As long as your brake controller is installed correctly it shouldn't be the problem.
