Replacement Mounting Hardware for Thule Excursion Roof Mounted Cargo Box

Question:

I have picked up for free off the side of the road a Thule Excursion cargo box. So now I am in need of the mounting hardware. I wonder if I can use the Replacement EasySnap Mounting Hardware for Thule Time Travel ES Series Cargo Boxes with the aero blades? if not do you have any other option for me? Thanks

There were two iterations of the Thule Excursion Cargo Box, the original which would use the # TH04997 or the later ES model that would use the EasySnap mounting hardware. We only offer the u-bolt for that version # 43216 as the rest has been discontinued.

If the box didn't come with keys, you can look on the face of the lock cylinders for the key number. If the lock number is 'N030' for instance, you'd order key # THKEYN030. Just add 'THKEYN' in front of the lock number.

The EasySnap hardware fits crossbars up to 3-1/4 inches wide, and the AeroBlade crossbars are 3-1/8 inches wide, so they'll just fit. The # TH04997 kit is wider and will be compatible with other bars as well.
