The Ultra-Fab Electric A-Frame Tongue Jack # UF38-944037 that you referenced is intended for bolt-on or weld-on mounting on A-frame trailers that have a mounting plate with 2- or 2-1/4-inch hole spacing. This powered jack has a 3500-lb lift capacity.
You will want to know the weight rating of the trailer so you can be sure this jack will have enough capacity. For example, if your trailer carries heavy equipment, like a bull dozer for example, or a large power boat then this jack may be a little bit under-rated for your application.
You can measure your loaded trailer's tongue weight (TW) and if you find it is well below the 3500-lb rating then this unit will be fine. The linked article explains ways to measure TW.
It is always a good idea to select a power jack that more capacity than you need. Doing so will mean the jack does not have to work as hard to do what you are asking of it and this means it will tend to last longer.
I think the best value for an A-frame tongue jack is the Stromberg Carlson # SC63VR which is rated for 4500 pounds of tongue weight. This is 1000 pounds more than other models, and even though you may not need this much capacity, you will find that the jack motor runs quick and effortlessly. This will add years to its life. This jack also has a unique clutch that prevents damage from overextending or retracting the jack foot - the most common reason for jack failure. I also like that is has a generous 23" lift, including a time-saving drop-foot. It includes LED lights for operating the hitch in the dark, and a built-in bullseye leveling bubble.
