To determine what disk brake kit you would need to convert your current drum brakes to disk you need to first determine what spindle you have on your trailer so that you can match the correct rotor/hubs to fit them.

If you pull the hubs off of your trailer and get the bearing numbers (inner and outer) and they happen to be L68149 for inner and L44649 for outer this kit # K2HR35D would fit and work well for you.

You will need to make sure that the brake actuator you have has been confirmed to work with disk brakes as some only can be used with drums.

Next thing you will need to know is the bolt pattern of your hubs. This is so you get a hub that is compatible with your wheels. I attached an FAQ article on determining bolt pattern for you to check out. This kit has a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern.

Check out the help article I attached that covers everything needed to add disc brakes to a trailer as well.
