I have a 2003 F350. Will my Reese rails, #30047, work with your installation kit 50043 ???

Yes, the Reese Hitch you have part # RP30047 has been confirmed to work with the Reese Fifth Wheel Rail Kit part # 50043-6008 that you referenced once installed in your 2003 Ford F-350.

If you are instead asking if the your Reese fifth wheel rails will fit with the # RP50043 the answer is yes. But you will need new hardware for attaching the rails to the bracket kit, for that you would want # RP58430.
