5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for a 2012 Ford F-250 with B&W Turnover Ball Gooseneck Hitch Installed

I have a BandW hitch installed already on my 2012 Ford F-250 and I need to install a rail kit to use my pullrite superglide for rails

Your B&W gooseneck hitch has under bed brackets that attach to the truck frame rails. Fifth wheel trailer hitch installation kits like # RP50026-58 also have brackets that would install in the same place as the B&W brackets. So basically you could have one or the other but not both. Also, unless your Pullrite SuperGlide is a model that fits industry standard rails (ISR) it would not fit these rails.
But there is another solution. Since you have a B&W Turnover ball hitch you can use the B&W Companion hitch # BWRVK3400-5W for a short bed truck or # BWRVK3500-5W for a long bed truck. I know this is a lot of money to add a 5th wheel hitch but it will be the best option for you.
