I'd recommend the Air Lift Load Lifter 5000, part # AL57200, if your fifth wheel frame brackets were manufactured by Reese, Curt, Husky or Valley. Instead of the 2K capacity of the Ride Control helper springs you were looking at, the # AL57200 has a full 5000 lb capacity, which will handle the pin weight of your fifth wheel with no problem, while the 2K capcity of the # AL59568 Ride control springs might not be enough (keep in mind the springs WILL NOT increase the existing capacity of your truck.)
The Ride Control springs sit partially to the outside of the frame members, so your existing 5th wheel brackets might interfere. The Load Lifter # AL57200 brackets attach to the underside of the frame members, so your hitch mounting brackets won't interfere with them as long as they do not wrap around the frame.
There's also an optional compressor system available, part # AL25592 that would allow you to change the air pressure in the springs without leaving the cab of your truck.
I'll link you to some install videos you might find helpful.
