How to Carry a Bike Rack on the Front of a Trailer with Two Propane Tanks

We have a new 2015 Lance camper model # 1985 with dual propane tanks. We are towing with a blue ox tow system which has sway bars. The blue ox rep told us not to use the dual receiver from the tow vehicle. We want to bring 2 bikes camping with us. Which bike carrier would you recommend? the CC-275??? Would we need anything else? We dont want the bike pedals to swing free.

You could use a strap like the part # SR54FR to secure the pedals of your bikes to the frame so that they don't swing freely.
