You assume correctly, the Pewag Servo # PWRS69 chains are sold in pairs. Before purchasing or installing chains, please check your owner's manual to see if Hyundai has any specific recommendations about using tire chains.
Once you get the chains, it's a good idea to do a dry run or two so that when the time comes, you'll know how to install them. I'd rather you learn in your garage or on your driveway than when you're up to your ears in a snow drift.
