We do have replacement bumpers that are confirmed to fit your 2003 Dodge Dakota club cab. We have the chrome bumper, part # 31012.
The part # 32005 you referenced is designed to fit Ram trucks and not your Dakota.
I attached a picture that shows the # 31012 and the install hardware that comes with it.
