The Sealed, Rectangular LED Trailer Clearance and Side Marker Light, 14 Diodes - Amber, # MCL49AB is indeed available in red with part # MCL49RB. This is an identical light to the Optronics assembly you mentioned but it features a red lens.

The light itself measures 3-7/8 inches long, 2 inches wide, and 1 inch deep. I have attached a short video demonstration on this product that you can also take a look at.
