Can a Pole Tongue Boat Trailer Be Shortened
Question:
I am looking to shorten an Aluminum I beam trailer.. Have not seen the trailer yet so cant comment on the size... Would this also work with one of your fold away coupler kits. thks

Our foldaway hinge kits like the # FHDPB330301 for trailer tongues aren't designed to be used on aluminum trailers.
You will want to remove the coupler you have on the trailer, remove the length of the coupler you want to shorten it by, and then reinstall the coupler back onto the now shortened trailer tongue.
