For the most part, master cylinders for hydraulic brake actuators are model specific. Is there any indication on the hydraulic coupler what the manufacturer and model number of the actuator is? Without that information, I really wouldn't be able to make a recommendation for a replacement master cylinder.

Hydraulic trailer brakes typically use 3/16 inch brake lines. You shouldn't need to replumb the lines if they're in good shape, but if you can't identify the manufacturer of the actuator, you might need to replace the actuator with one that's compatible with drum brakes. I've linked you to our selection of hydraulic brake actuator couplers that are compatible with drum brake systems.
