Will Recovery Tow Shackles Fit Replacement Bumper Bracket Kit for Reese Adjustable Tow Bars

I want to attach towing/recovery bow shackles to the Draw Tite 40602 bumper bracket but dont know what size to get.

Replacement Bumper Bracket Kit # 40602 measure 2-1/8 inches between the bracket arms and use a 1/2 inch diameter pin. However, they are not designed to be used for anything other than a Draw-Tite, Reese, or Tow Ready tow bar, # 63180. I have linked a video review of this tow bar for you.
