Replacement Elect. Brake Assembly and Grease Seal for 2009 Heartland Big Country Mod 2950
Question:
I am looking to replace existing electric brake assemblies with Dexter Nev-R-Adjust #23-458 and 23-459. The trailer has dual Lippert 12569 6000# axles with Axletek-12-GG #12E01 and 12E02 electric brakes. They are 5-bolt pattern, 12inch dia. x 2inch wide. Can you verify if the Dexters will fit ? Also I need 4 grease seals. Cant see a number but measured existing at O.D.: 33/8 3.375 , I.D.: 21/8 2.165 ? Any suggestions on this ?

Yes, the Dexter Brake Assemblies part # 23-459 and # 23-458 would work perfectly for you. They have 6k capacities, use 5 bolt mounting flanges, and are 12 inch by 2 inch.
For grease seals you would want the part # GS-2125DL. These have inner diameter of 2.125 and outer diameter of 3.376.
If you would like we do also carry the AxleTek equivalents to the Dexter brake assemblies, and those are # AKEBRK-7R-SA and # AKEBRK-7L-SA
