I have a Reese fifth wheel install kit I can recommend for your 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500 with a 5-1/2 ft bed, but the part # RP30035 that you referenced is not listed as a fit even though it is a universal rail kit.

Instead you would want the Rail Kit part # RP50064-58, this is a custom install kit designed to work on your vehicle that will minimize drilling and cut install time in half when compared to a universal kit like the # RP30035.

Since you have such a short bed truck you will need to use a stationary hitch like the Reese Hitch part # RP30047 and then install a Sidewinder pin box on the trailer you plan to tow so that you have enough clearance to make tight turns.

Sidewinders are pin box specific so you will first need to know what pin box you have know in order to pick out the correct one.

There should be a sticker or a stamping on the OEM pin box of the trailer that will list the pin box number that is on the trailer.

Once you figure out which pin box you have you can check the FAQ I attached that has a chart that shows the correct Sidewinder to get based on which pin box you have.
