How Many Sets of Snow Chains Should be Used on a 1989 Jeep Wrangler that will be Plowing Snow

I snowplow with a 1989 Jeep wrangler, 4 wheel drive. If I use chains, do I need chains on both axles, why or why not? What type would you recomend Tires are 235x75x15

Ideally you would want to put snow chains on all axles of a vehicle like your 1989 Jeep Wrangler. Especially if you will be plowing snow since this will give you the best possible traction. The only reason to not use chains on all axles would be if the owners manual says chains are only allowed on one axle.

For what you are doing you would want to go with a quality set of chains and not cables as they will provide you with better traction and will last longer. For that the # TC2319 would be a great choice.
