Fifth Wheel Hitch Recommendation for a 2005 Ford F250 Short Bed with Elite Rails
Question:
I have a 2005 Ford F250 short bed that had the ford fifth wheel installation, however when I bought the truck, the seller didnt let the fifth wheel go with it. I have the four pucks in the bed. I am looking to purchase a sliding fifth wheel from you. I would need around 16000 towing capacity. Which hitch will work on my truck? Many thanks.

Sounds like you have the Reese Underbed Elite Rail Kit part # RP30073 installed in the bed of your 2005 Ford F250 short bed.
The correct slider hitch you would want would be the Reese Elite Series Pre-Assembled 5th Wheel Hitch w/ Slider # RP30144.
