Installation on a 2012 F250 double cab short bed What is the part number of the installation kit I would need to install the hitch #PS30857, hitch w/slider, 16000 on this short bed truck. Thanks

For your 2012 Ford F-250 short bed you can use either a universal installation kit or custom installation kit to mount the 5th wheel hitch. The difference is that universal kits are less expensive but require drilling into the truck frame and they take longer to install. Custom kits do not require drilling into the frame and install in less time.

For a universal kit you can use # RP30035.

For a custom kit you can use # RP50026-58.
