If you check out the installation instructions I attached you will see the torque specs that are recommended for installation of the Curt hitch part # C31008 that you referenced. For liability reasons we don't post them on our site since they are subject to change. The instructions link directly to the manufacturer so if there is a change the instructions will always be accurate.
