The Draw Tite Hitch part # 41906 is designed to fit 2004-2014 Ford E-350 vans, but it hasn't been confirmed to work on box vans like what you have. If you check out the picture I attached you will see dimensions of the hitch.

What you can do is compare them to your vehicle to see if it would be compatible.
