If a 2-bike capacity is enough then I recommend the American-made Thule Spare Me 2, part # TH963PRO. This rack works with spare tires up to 10-inches wide x 32-inches diameter and is another option as long as you do not have a spare-tire-mounted backup camera. A video for this rack is included also. Please note Thule is the parent company of SportRack.
It is a good idea to check your owner's manual for any guidance regarding the weight capacity of your spare tire mount.
