Can the Curt Hitch part # E-100 be Mounted Above Bumper
Question:
Can I mount the E-1oo bumper hitch on top of the 4 inch bumper to prevent accessories from dragging the ground when going up an incline.

There's no reason you couldn't install the Curt Hitch part # E-100 with the hitch opening above the bumper. I spoke with my contact at Curt to see if there were any restrictions or further limitations by using this hitch upside down and he told me that you will have no problem using it that way.
