What are the inside dimensions of the FHG69ZR? My Snow blower is almost 28 inches wide. Will it fit?

The inside dimensions of the Flint Hill Goods 29" x 49" Carrier w/ 60" Ramp - 2" Hitch - 500 lbs # FHG69ZR are 47" long x 27-1/2" wide by 7 inches deep.
