How difficult would it be to install this system myself? I have a car lift....

If you have a car lift then I am going to assume you have basic mechanical skills as well. Based on that I don't think you would have a hard time installing the Magnaflow Catback part # MF15309 at all.
The lift will make the install process much easier as well.
