The Titan Disc Brake Kit part # T4843300 that you referenced has a dacromet finish which will do a great job fighting saltwater. Dacromet coated brakes would be an excellent choice for you, offering good protection without the high cost of the stainless steel. This finish has a salt spray rating of between 400 600 hours before it starts to show signs of corrosion. Rinsing the trailer off with fresh water after it's been exposed to saltwater is a great way to prevent corrosion as well.
