Roof Top Cargo Box Recommendation for 2013 Subaru Outback Wagon with Factory Rack

What cargo rooftop box do you recommend for this cargo that has the least amount of noise. Thanks,

Any time you put something on the roof of a vehicle like your 2013 Subaru Outback you are going to get some wind noise. We have found that the further back you have the roof box on the roof of you vehicle the quieter it gets.
The Yakima RocketBox PRO # Y07192 that you referenced is pretty small and is aerodynamically designed so that it would be about as quiet as any box could be on your roof so I would recommend it for you. This box has also been confirmed as a fit for the factory crossbars of your 2013 Subaru Outback Wagon.
