Proper Installation of Timbren Front Suspension System # TFF150F for 2010 Ford F-150
Question:
I purchased a Timbren Front Vehicle Suspension Kit for my 2010 Ford F-150 Lariat 4X4 TFF150F. I installed it on the truck and I want to make sure its installed correctly. Only 1/2 or less of the Timbren rubber springs sit on the lower control arm. The other half just hangs off and does nothing to provide support to the vehicle. I have pictures I can send you to make this clearer. Is this normal? Thank You.

Thank you for your recent purchase from etrailer of a Timbren front axle suspension kit # TFF150F.
I checked with my technical contact at Timbren about your concern with the alignment of the rubber jounce springs and the truck's control arm. The entire bottom of the rubber spring should make contact with the lower control arm. My contact indicated that perhaps the two brackets were installed on the wrong sides of the vehicle and that you need to switch them to the opposite sides.
