Recommended Towing Mirrors for a 2002 Mercury Mountaineer
Question:
I have a 2002 Mercury Mountaineer 4.6. Can you tell me if you have towing mirrors you can recommend. I have the lights on the bottom of the mirrors but would like to use the slip on towing mirrors. Is there anything I can do to modify them to work on my car since they seem to be the best out there for what I want. Thanks.

The Longview custom towing mirror # CTM2200A will fit 1997-2001 Mercury Mountaineers. Your 2002 Mercury Mountaineer is the second generation and body style changed.
As a result, the # CTM2200A wouldn't fit your 2002 Mercury Mountaineer.
You could go with a universal fit towing mirror like the Cipa dual-view clip-on towing mirror # 11953. It has 2 fully adjustable mirrors in a single housing so you can adjust your view to your specifications. It works with most mirrors that are 7-10 inches tall. A second option to consider is the K-Source universal clip-on towing mirror # KS3891. It fits most mirrors 4-1/2 to 11-1/2 inches tall.
I included a couple video reviews and installation videos for you as well.
